Job summary

Lilly is seeking a skilled Pipefitter/Welder-Mechanic to service, troubleshoot, and maintain LTC utilities, including high purity water, compressed air, steam, chilled water, glycol, city water, and sewer systems, ensuring equipment and facilities run reliably.

The role supports operations, engineering, and automation, guiding craftspeople and providing excellent customer service within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus.
• Minimum of three years' experience in maintenance and utilities environments.
• Welding preferred; relevant certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utilities equipment (valves, pumps, PRVs, steam traps, piping).
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs with minimal downtime.
• Adhere to HSE requirements; support safety plans and use appropriate PPE.
