Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Pipe Fitter / Welder to support a digitally driven fabrication workflow in our North American operations. The role involves welding stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel piping, reading BIM-generated drawings, and assembling prefabricated piping systems in a shop setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, welding certifications are a plus, and proficiency with TIG, MIG, and copper brazing.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Welding certifications (AWS, ASME, or equivalent) are a plus.
• 3+ years experience fitting, fabricating, and welding piping systems.
• Experience reading and interpreting piping isometrics, spool drawings, and BIM-generated fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Fit, fabricate, and assemble piping systems using stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel.
• Perform TIG welding, MIG welding, and copper brazing in accordance with shop procedures and quality standards.
• Read and interpret piping isometrics, spool drawings, and BIM-generated fabrication drawings.
• Layout, measure, cut, prep, and assemble pipe spools and mechanical assemblies.
• Operate modern fabrication equipment such as welding machines, pipe positioners, automated saws, and CNC pipe processing equipment.
• Maintain strict quality standards and ensure work meets fabrication tolerances and project specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
