Job summary

A global leader in heavy civil construction is seeking an experienced Pipefitter to join their team in Gypsum, Colorado. This role involves working on critical wastewater treatment plant projects, requiring strong skills in pipe fitting, assembly, and safety protocols. Candidates should have experience with various pipe types, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to meet production targets. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Maintains a constant drive to achieve production outputs to meet targets.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the safety program.
• Coordinate with mechanical superintendent to configure pipe system layout.
• Select proper pipes, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders.
• Assemble materials at the job site.
• Secure pipes to walls and fixtures using brackets, clamps, tools, or welding equipment.
• Repair and maintain pipe systems and components.

Skills

Experience with flanged pipe and fittings

Previous work with HDPE, Ductile, PVC and copper pipe

Strong communication skills

Ability to perform tasks with utmost regard to safety
