Job summary

PaperWorks US in Indiana is seeking a hands-on Pipefitter Maintenance Supervisor to lead pipefitter crews and drive safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance operations. You will assign daily work, coach your team, support RCM practices, and ensure maintenance activities are completed on time and to standard.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
  • 5–10 years of maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, or fluid systems).
  • Welding experience/certifications.
  • Strong PM/PdM, FMEA, and CMMS experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical plans, and engineering documents.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Provide technical guidance on repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment rebuilds

  • Maintain preventive maintenance programs and support major equipment evaluations
  • Ensure parts, tools, and materials are available for planned work
