Job summary

Trillium Construction is now seeking Pipefitters in Corning, IA. Industrial Pipefitter duties include installing, assembling, fabricating, and modifying piping systems within a bioprocessing manufacturing facility.

You will read and interpret P&IDs and isometrics, work with stainless steel, carbon steel, and other piping systems, and ensure proper alignment and testing. The role requires previous experience and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Industrial piping installation, pipe fabrication, equipment connections, and interpreting technical drawings and piping isometric diagrams.
• Install, assemble, fit, and modify stainless steel, carbon steel, and other specified piping systems.
• Work with piping systems serving bioreactors, fermentation vessels, tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, filtration systems, and other process equipment.
• Measure, cut, bevel, fit, align, and prepare piping, valves, fittings, flanges, supports, and specialty components for installation.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, piping isometric drawings, general arrangement drawings, equipment layouts, and construction specification
• Follow facility procedures for working in controlled environments, including gowning, housekeeping, and contamination-control practices where required.

Industrial Pipefitter is responsible for installing, assembling, fabricating, and modifying piping systems within a bioprocessing manufacturing facility.

Job Duties

• Industrial piping installation, pipe fabrication, equipment connections, and interpreting technical drawings and piping isometric diagrams. Install, assemble, fit, and modify stainless steel, carbon steel, and other specified piping systems
• Work with piping systems serving bioreactors, fermentation vessels, tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, filtration systems, and other process equipment.

Pay rate is $45.67/HR plus $120 a day per diem for days worked. 5/10 schedule Monday-Friday.
