Job summary

Polk Mechanical Company LLC is seeking a Pipefitter Journeyman to install, assemble, and maintain piping systems in commercial settings. You will read blueprints, cut and fit pipe, perform pressure tests, and coordinate with other trades on active job sites.

Ideal candidates have at least four years in pipefitting or HVAC, an apprenticeship, and OSHA 10 certification. Valid driver's license required; safety and quality standards are emphasized on every project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial pipefitting or HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Apprenticeship completion or equivalent field experience.
• Valid driver's license and OSHA 10.
• Proficient reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of piping codes and installation standards.
• Ability to visualize 3D layouts from plans and specifications.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in awkward positions.
• Manual dexterity to safely operate hand and power tools.
