Job summary

Worley in the United States is seeking an entry-level helper to support the assigned crew in industrial construction and maintenance projects. You will read blueprints, lay out parts, and assist with aligning and assembling structural metal components on site.

This role emphasizes practical skills, safety, and reliability as you help prepare fixtures, mark centerlines, and assist with welding or riveting prep under supervision.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; industrial construction/maintenance experience preferred
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine scope of work
• Lay out, position, align and fit fabricated parts of structural metal products
• Set up face blocks, jigs and fixtures
• Locate and mark centerlines and reference points on floor/workpiece
• Position or tighten braces, jacks, clamps, ropes, or bolt straps for welding or riveting
