Job summary

Worley is seeking an entry-level helper to support our on-site construction crew. Responsibilities include basic rigging, come-along work, threading metal pipe and conduit, cutting pipe, material handling, and driving fork trucks and pickup trucks.

Ideal candidates have industrial construction/maintenance exposure; knowledge of mechanical components is a plus. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and learning on the job as we build a more sustainable energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Entry Level position; industrial construction/maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical components is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and work safely on site.

Responsibilities

• Basic rigging and come-along tasks on site.
• Threading metal pipe and conduit; cutting pipe and conduit.
• Material handling and care of tools; driving fork trucks and pickup trucks.
• Assist mechanics in assembly, demolition, cleaning and debris removal.
• Building and ground maintenance as required.
