Job summary

Aerotek in Moncks Corner, SC is seeking a Pipefitter to install, assemble, maintain, and repair stainless and carbon steel piping systems across industrial environments.

You will read blueprints and isometrics, interpret drawings, and ensure work meets safety standards while supporting project teams for timely completion. Strong overtime availability and per diem are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with stainless and carbon steel piping systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, and technical schematics.
• Strong commitment to safety regulations and procedures.
• Effective communication with project managers, engineers and trades.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems in heavy industrial plants and new construction sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, and technical schematics to determine layouts.
• Lay out, cut, thread, and assemble pipe to precise specifications using saws, torches, and threaders.
• Inspect work for conformity to specs and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely project completion.
