Role Overview

We are seeking a Pipefitter General Foreman for our team in Phoenix, AZ, and surrounding areas. This role requires a well-rounded professional experienced in both pipefitting and plumbing, capable of adapting to project demands.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems including water, gas, HVAC, and steam systems.
• Supervise crews of 9-14 workers, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Interpret plans, specifications, and models; perform testing and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, manage materials, and report progress.
• Mentor apprentices and less experienced workers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial pipefitting experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Minimum 8 years of total experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong blueprint interpretation and leadership skills.
• Valid journeyman license preferred (additional pay if licensed).
