Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks a Pipefitter Foreman to lead field installation across projects from our West Memphis site in the United States. You will direct field labor, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards while satisfying the contract scope.

The ideal candidate has proven crew supervision experience, strong plan-reading skills, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules under demanding conditions. Travel is 0–5% and work centers on Arkansas job sites.

Qualifications

  • Experience supervising crews in field construction (2+ crews).
  • Experience on projects $500K+.
  • Minimum 3 years' craft supervision in facility construction.
  • Advanced knowledge of field job assembly and execution.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Attends and contributes to operations meetings.
  • Plan-reading, coordination, layout, sketching and materials take-off.
  • Material, tool, and equipment handling including ordering and receiving.
  • Contracts scope delineation and ensuring drawings align with contract scope.
  • Responds to General Contractor requests concerning scope limits.
  • Manpower loading and maintaining the two-week look-ahead schedule.
  • Time-keeping and administrative duties (daily reports, JSA's, etc.).
  • Ensures safety and company programs are implemented and effective.
  • Building code compliance and quality control.
  • Manage to the budget and schedule while meeting deadlines and safety.

Overview

The Pipefitter Foreman is responsible for providing overall direction for the field installation of assigned projects, field labor, quality control, and safety. The position also ensures that the installation functions as designed and satisfies the contracted scope.

Responsibilities
  • Attends and contributes to the various operations meetings.
  • Plan-reading, coordination, layout, sketching and materials take-off.
  • Material, tool, and equipment handling, which includes ordering, receiving, placing, and returning.
  • Contracts scope delineations and confirms that construction drawings and specifications agree with contract scope.
  • Responds to General Contractor's requests concerning scope limits.
  • Manpower loading and maintaining the two-week look-ahead schedule.
  • Time-keeping and other administrative duties such as daily reports, JSA's, etc.
  • Ensures that safety and other company programs are implemented and effective.
  • Building code compliance.
  • Quality control.
  • Manage to the budget, plan to the schedule and for the unexpected, meet or exceed project deadlines, all while keeping safety first.
Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
  • Experience managing 2 or more crews of 2-3 workers each.
  • Verifiable experience working on projects of $500K+.
  • Minimum of 3 years' craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.
  • Advanced knowledge of how jobs are assembled in the field.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
Travel Requirements
  • 0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
Physical/Work Environment Requirements
  • Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.
  • Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Operating machinery and/or power tools.
  • Operating motor vehicles.
  • Low and high indoor temperatures.
  • Outdoor elements such as precipitation, heat, cold, and/or wind.
  • Noisy environment.
  • Quiet environment.
  • Heavy work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 100 pounds or more.
Pay Range

USD $33.26 - USD $44.34 /Hr.
