Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of production staff to meet schedule, safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Assign work based on priorities, skill levels, material readiness, and workflow needs; monitor progress and mentor team.
• Promote safe practices, 5S, proper PPE usage, and right-first-time quality while coaching employees.
• Collaborate with Area Supervisors, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, and Logistics to remove obstacles and improve flow.

The Foreman works closely with Area Supervisors, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to verify material readiness, identify production constraints, communicate issues, and support achievement of schedule, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.The position requires regular use and understanding of shop equipment and processes including welding equipment, pipe positioners, automated saws, grinders, beveling tools, grooving machines, CNC pipe processing equipment, and material handling equipment.
