Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Pipefitter Foreman to lead production teams in our fabrication and assembly areas. You will set safety, quality, and productivity expectations and guide supervisors and crews to meet commitments.

This role requires 8+ years in pipe fabrication or related trades, with 3+ years of leadership. You will read fabrication drawings and BIM spool sheets, coordinate labor and materials, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years in pipe fabrication or related industrial trades.
• 3+ years of leadership experience supervising foremen and production teams.
• Experience with fabrication operations, workforce planning, and production scheduling.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and BIM-generated spool sheets.
• Working knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, and 5S.
• Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and decision-making in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Pipefitter Foremen and assigned production teams while establishing clear expectations for safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and employee development.
• Plan and align labor, equipment, materials, and production priorities across assigned fabrication and assembly areas to meet operational and customer commitments.
• Monitor production performance, labor utilization, material flow, quality results, and equipment capacity; identify constraints and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, Logistics, and Workforce Development to improve readiness and execution.
• Build a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, teamwork, 5S, and continuous improvement through visible leadership, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, mechanical construction, welding, manufacturing, or related industrial trades preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing foremen, supervisors, crew leaders, or production teams preferred.
• Experience in fabrication operations, workforce planning, material flow, production scheduling, equipment capacity, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, BIM-generated spool sheets, work packages, production documents, labor plans, and schedules.
• Working knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, shop procedures, rework prevention, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
• Demonstrated ability to coach employees, develop frontline leaders, resolve conflict, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced production environment.

Travel: 0-25%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
