Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Pipefitter Superintendent to lead fabrication and assembly teams, plan labor and equipment, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of pipe fabrication projects.

You will coach foremen, read drawings, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in 5S and quality, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

This position operates within a digitally driven fabrication workflow utilizing BIM-generated spool drawings, fabrication documents, work packages, production schedules, labor plans, and performance metrics. The Pipefitter Superintendent provides overall leadership for assigned fabrication and assembly areas by establishing priorities, aligning labor and equipment resources, monitoring production performance, and ensuring planned work is executed safely and effectively. The Superintendent leads Pipefitter Foremen and production employees while coordinating pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, skids, pipe racks, header systems, modules, and other prefabricated assemblies. The role works closely with Operations, Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, Logistics, and Workforce Development to verify readiness, identify constraints, resolve issues, and support production commitments. The position is accountable for workforce planning, employee development, safe-work execution, quality performance, labor utilization, material flow, 5S, and continuous improvement within assigned areas. The Superintendent coaches frontline leaders, develops future leadership capability, supports performance management, and helps implement new equipment, technology, and standardized processes. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, mechanical construction, welding, manufacturing, or related industrial trades preferred.

3+ years of leadership experience managing foremen, supervisors, crew leaders, or production teams preferred. Experience in fabrication operations, workforce planning, material flow, production scheduling, equipment capacity, and manufacturing processes. Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, BIM-generated spool sheets, work packages, production documents, labor plans, and schedules. Working knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, shop procedures, rework prevention, 5S, and continuous improvement practices. Demonstrated ability to coach employees, develop frontline leaders, resolve conflict, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced production environment.

Travel:0-25%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop Pipefitter Foremen and assigned production teams while establishing clear expectations for safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and employee development.
• Plan and align labor, equipment, materials, and production priorities across assigned fabrication and assembly areas to meet operational and customer commitments.
• Monitor production performance, labor utilization, material flow, quality results, and equipment capacity; identify constraints and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, Logistics, and Workforce Development to improve readiness and execution.
• Build a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, teamwork, 5S, and continuous improvement through visible leadership, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
