Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install and improve Fire Maintenance, Sprinkler systems and building services (pipes, pneumatics, hydraulics).
• Work with varied materials: stainless steel, steel, glass-lined, plastic, copper, etc.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain steam traps, valves, filtration, steam ejectors and similar equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Maintain safety and environment as a priority; use Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Read pipe and machine drawings; communicate with leaders and operations.
