Qualifications

• Safety policies and procedures must be followed on all job sites.
• OSHA 30 training and CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens training completed.
• Journeyman Plumbers License required.
• Experience supervising crews and coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, coordination, and supervision of on-site crew activities.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Mentor journeymen and apprentices to maintain safety and craftsmanship.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with project managers and superintendents.
• Maintain updated drawings and ensure code compliance.
• Coordinate material, tool, and equipment requisitions.
• Maintain proper journeyman to apprentice ratio.
• Enforce company safety policies across the crew.
