Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime as needed by business demands.
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying physically active.
• Prior warehouse, yard, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (forklifts or similar) preferred.
• Experience with distribution technology such as RF scanners.
• Regular and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Detail-oriented, team player with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and yard equipment (PIT) to move, load, and unload pipe and materials.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
• Ensure inbound shipments of moderate importance are received and registered correctly.
• Stock, organize, and maintain yard inventory for efficient material flow.
• Accurately pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Prioritize daily tasks to meet shipping timelines and support operations.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety per SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free yard environment.
• Follow safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Participate in safety observations, audits, and team meetings.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support collaboration.
