Job summary

Ferguson Waterworks in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking a Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate to operate forklifts, build and transport pallets, and manage incoming materials. The role is outdoors in a pipe yard, year-round, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, plus occasional overtime.

Starting at $20 and may be higher based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and equal opportunity employment. Safety gear and PPE are required on site.

Qualifications

• Background in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving and inventory preferred.
• Forklift operator experience required.
• Fast-paced, changing environment experience.
• General computer skills for basic data entry.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs by hand and heavier with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and large piping.
• Work outdoors in a pipe yard year-round in all weather conditions.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material accurately and timely.
• Store inventory effectively and adhere to safety regulations including PPE.
