Job summary

Capital Electric, a member of the Sonepar group, is seeking a Pipe Yard Picker for our Upper Marlboro, MD location. You will pick and prepare pipe orders, band bundles, and operate a diesel forklift in an outdoor yard.

The role requires safety‑conscious, physically capable candidates who can work 4PM–1AM, Monday through Friday, lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying weather. We offer competitive pay at $24/hour along with robust benefits including PTO, parental leave, 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating a diesel forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to work 4PM–1AM Monday to Friday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare pipe orders accurately and efficiently.
• Band and bundle pipe for secure transport.
