Skillforce is hiring experienced stainless pipe welders for a shop-based project in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate has strong TIG welding skills and proven ability to weld stainless pipe to blueprint spec.

Position is temporary/contract, approximately 2 months, with 40 hours per week. Pay is $28–$36 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits including health and vision insurance, weekly pay, paid time off, and 401k.

Job Responsibilities

TIG weld stainless steel pipe in a shop environment

Perform high-quality welds according to project specifications

Prepare, fit, and weld stainless steel pipe and components

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all company and job-site safety procedures

Requirements

Ability to produce clean, quality welds

Must be able to successfully complete a weld test

Must have reliable transportation

Must be willing to complete a drug screen and background check
