Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking skilled Pipe Fitter Welders to join our team in Richmond, VA. The role involves laying out, fabricating, and installing industrial piping systems in field and shop environments.

You will read blueprints and isometrics, plan sequences, and weld pipe using TIG and Stick methods while complying with safety policies and project specs. Prior welding experience and the ASME test are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of TIG and Stick pipe welding experience.
• Must pass ASME pipe welding test and background check.
• Knowledge of industrial mechanical systems and welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, fabricate and install pipe in field and fab shop.
• Read sketches and isometric drawings; measure routings and fabricate spool pieces.
• Select tools, plan work, and install pipes with proper fittings.
• Follow safety policies; use clamps, hangers and supports as required.
• Perform welding and be able to work at heights and in varied environments.
