Job summary

ARMI is hiring for manual labor in Fayetteville, AR. The role involves TIG welding in food-grade systems, assembling and installing equipment, and offloading supplies at the jobsite. You will use forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts, with opportunities for travel up to 75% and overtime as needed.

The position requires OSHA 10 (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Pre-employment drug screening and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 required/preferred for safety.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform precise measurements.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time; overtime andWeekend work may be required.
• Valid driver’s license; pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Lift 50+ lbs repeatedly; comfortable with heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• TIG welding stainless steel in food-grade processing systems.
• Demonstrate, assemble, layout and install/re-install equipment.
• Identify and fix parts with temporary repairs or new components.
• Move/install equipment using forklifts, scissor lifts, or boom lifts.
• Receive/offload trucks at the jobsite and clean up the site after work.

How you will make an impact

• TIG welding stainless steel used in food-grade processing systems
• Demo, assemble, layout and install/re-install equipment.

• Use machinery such as forklifts, scissor lifts, or boom lifts to move and install equipment.
• Receive and offload trucks when equipment and supplies arrive at the jobsite .
• Clean up jobsites after completion.
