Worth & Company is seeking a skilled pipefitter/welder for a permanent full-time role with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule. The position involves coordinating weld processes, assisting welders, and performing daily QC/QA to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities:

Shop Welding:

**Compensation is based on experience and may be adjusted accordingly.**

Position Requirements

Required Experience:

• 2 or more years of pipefitting and welding experience preferred.
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Sound judgment and critical thinking.
• Highly reliable.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Weld Certifications:

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and STICK welding.
• Experience with Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel.
• Maintain up-to-date weld certification ?

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 90% of the day.
• Ability to work with ongoing exposure to loud noise.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push/pull, and grasp objects.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pound frequently.
