Job summary

Frontier Environmental is seeking experienced Pipe Welders to join our construction team in Washington. You will perform pipe layout, fit-up, and welding per blueprints and specifications while maintaining a safe work environment.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday schedules (Saturdays as needed) with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 1+ year welding experience in Oil & Gas.
• Must pass weld test(s) or hold current gas company certs.
• Own hand tools and at least 100’ of welding leads.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote safe work practices—safety always comes first.
• Perform pipe layout, fit-up, and welding per blueprints and specifications.
• Cut, bend, modify, and fabricate pipes and steel components as needed.
• Align, position, and secure parts prior to assembly using clamps and tools.
• Build supports, clamps, and brackets to stabilize pipe during welding.
• Perform well-head welding (e.g., flanges, load rings) and routine repairs.
• Maintain clean, ventilated work areas and assist with site prep and cleanup.
