Ameri-Force, Inc is seeking a Pipe Welder for on-site fabrication and welding of metal pipes. You will perform TIG, MIG, and SMAW to join components, prepare materials, and ensure welds meet engineering specs.

You must read drawings, follow safety protocols, and inspect welds. The role requires physical stamina to stand all shift and lift up to 50 lbs; team collaboration is essential. Compensation ranges from $31 to $40 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in aluminum welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
• Skilled in fabricating and assembling metal structures with precision.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and practices in welding.
• Capable of conducting weld inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently perform TIG, MIG, and SMAW welding to join metal pipes and components with precision and structural integrity.
• Prepare pipes and materials for welding, including cutting, beveling, and cleaning surfaces to achieve proper fit-up.
• Inspect completed welds using non-destructive testing methods to ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
