Job summary

Structured Labor LLC is seeking experienced TIG Combo Welders for commercial construction in the San Antonio, Texas area. The ideal candidate will perform TIG root passes and stick passes on carbon and stainless pipe, read blueprints and project specs, and prepare fit materials for quality welds.

Responsibilities include ensuring welds meet codes and safety requirements, inspecting welds for defects, and making repairs as needed on piping components in various positions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years combo welding in a commercial setting.
• Ability to weld pipe in multiple positions, 6G preferred.
• Must have own welding tools.

We are seeking experienced TIG Combo Welders for new commercial construction projects in the San Antonio, Texas area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both TIG (GTAW) and stick (SMAW) welding processes with the ability to perform high-quality welds on piping components in various positions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG root passes and stick fill/cap passes on carbon and stainless pipe.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and project specifications.
• Prepare fit and weld materials including carbon steel and stainless steel.
• Ensure welds meet project standards, codes and safety requirements.
• Inspect welds for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

Qualifications:

• Must have own tools
• 3 plus years combo welding in a commercial setting.
• Abilit to weld pipe in multiple positions (6G preferred).
