Johnson Controls in Waynesboro, VA is seeking a skilled welder to join our team building innovative, sustainable HVAC systems. You will perform welding on carbon, galvanized, and stainless steel, lay out and fit parts, and use plasma and oxygen cutting tools while maintaining strict tolerances.

This role offers growth opportunities and a competitive package. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, proven welding and pipe welding experience, and completion of an accredited welding

Mansioni

• Perform welding on carbon, galvanized, and stainless steel.
• Weld, layout, cut, and fit parts to meet drawing tolerances.
• Use plasma and oxygen cutting tools.
• Regulate current, voltage, and select proper tips, rods, and sizes for each job.
• Assemble complex standard products, including tubing layout and pipe bending.
• Clean equipment using hand or power tools after welding.
