Job summary

Sundt Inc. is seeking a skilled pipefitter/welder to plan, lay out and perform pipe welding and fabrication in accordance with all plans, specs, codes and industry standards on our projects.

You will read drawings, isometrics and P&IDs, follow safety and quality standards, and work with other crafts as directed by supervision while maintaining productivity. This position requires 3–6+ years in industrial/construction pipefitting, strong trade mathematics, good communication skills, and the

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of three years’ (level I), four years’ (level II), five years’ (level III) and six plus years’ (level Sr.) experience in the industrial/commercial construction industry and have an in-depth understanding of the pipefitter trade.
• Must be able to read and understand drawings, isometrics, P&ID’s, specifications, safety and quality standards, and effectively utilize all trade tools and equipment relevant to the work.
• Must pass required weld test(s) for the work being performed.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
