Job summary

Dalmine SPA in Brookfield, OH is seeking a Machine Operator - Weigh, Measure, Stencil to operate weighing, measuring, and stenciling of pipes in automated facilities. You will manage changeovers, inspect quality, and ensure orders are processed safely and efficiently according to procedures.

Qualifications

• Completed High School or 5 years of experience in the company or entry level exam approved.

Responsibilities

• Executes change over and set up of the machine.
• Changes machine tools and consumables ensuring their availability.
• Performs stenciling machine operation.
• Follows up manufacturing orders and notifies when missing.
• Manages remaining material.
• Follows up manufacturing orders compliance.
• Reassigns pipes to manufacturing orders.
• Performs the operation of pipe band painting.
• Places end protectors on pipes.
• Weights pipes and registers obtained values.
• Carries out and controls pipe varnishing.
• Administrates identification labels.
• Executes steel identification with spectrometer.
• Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance.
• Updates information in the tracking systems and records the obtained results.
