Job description

Crisdel Group, Inc. has a position available for a Pipe Tail Man experienced with water lines, sanitary & storm pipes. The Pipe Tail Man will perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all times: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools distributing them to appropriate locations.
• Control traffic passing near, in or around work zones with appropriate training provided.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials with appropriate training provided.
• Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes.

Typical Work Conditions
