Environmental Air Systems, Inc. is seeking a Pipe Superintendent to lead a team of welders, fitters and helpers in prefabricating industrial HVAC hydronic piping systems at our Rural Hall facility.

You will oversee installation, manage schedules and safety audits, and review submittals and manuals to ensure quality and on-time delivery. With 5+ years in supervision, you will hire skilled workers, direct activities, and collaborate across teams to meet project goals while maintaining adherence to

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervision experience in piping or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; strong safety focus.
• Trade school completion preferred; high school education required.

## Pipe Superintendent - Rural HallApply: Rural Hall, NC (EAS-MFG): Full time: Posted Yesterday: JR108333Environmental Air Systems, a full-service mechanical contractor, is seeking a **Pipe Superintendent** for our manufacturing shop. In this role you will lead a team of pipe welders, pipe fitters, and pipe helpers in the prefabrication of industrial HVAC hydronic piping systems.**Total Rewards:*** Life Insurance* Tuition Reimbursement* Paid Holidays* PTO* Weekly Pay* Medical, Dental, Vision, Hospital, Accident, Specified Disease, and Pet Insurance* 401(k) with Company Match* Onsite Health Clinic* Apprenticeship Program**Schedule:**6:00am-4:30pm with OT as necessary**Responsibilities:*** Oversee the installation of industrial hydronic piping systems including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, and condensed water* Prioritize safety and ensure the team completes audits and all EAS safety requirements* Manage project schedules* Maintain tool inspection reports* Review submittals, installation, and operation manuals* Interview and hire new employees to join the pipe department**Qualifications:*** Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision* Familiarity with flowline manufacturing* Knowledge of pipe fabrication methods* Excellent time management skills and problem solving abilities* Ability to work both independently and as a team* Ability to read blueprints and schematics* Strong Interpersonal skills for coordinating teams* Fluency in email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software**Education Requirements:*** Minimum of a high school education or equivalent* Trade School completion preferred**Job Requirements/Special Skills:*** Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold and where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels* Ability to lift 50 lbs* Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift
