Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 1–3+ years in mechanical engineering with pipe stress understanding.
• Strong attention to detail for technical evaluations and drawings.
• Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Review piping systems for thermal flexibility, vibration, and supports.
• Perform formal stress analysis using Caesar II for ASME B31.1 and B31.3.
• Coordinate with designers to optimize routing and specify supports/equipment.
• Prepare formal stress evaluation reports and data for client reviews.
• Conduct field surveys to collect data and assist in interpreting drawings.
• Manage project schedules and budgets; provide weekly status reports.
• Evaluate piping loads on process equipment nozzles and support steel.
• Prepare formal stress evaluation reports and field data collection.
