MSS Solutions LLC is seeking a Helper Pipe Shop to assist in shop activities and support foremen on pipe fabrication projects. The role emphasizes reliability, readiness to learn, and adherence to safety standards in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, unloading materials, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with the team to meet project timelines. High school or equivalent required; background check and drug test may be required.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of HVAC or general construction.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have reliable form of communication.
• Must show up on time in the appropriate attire and professionally present yourself.
• Must bring your own hand tools; trade specific specialty tools will be required as time goes on.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general work activities per the direction of others to complete the activities
• Support the foreman and superintendent to complete the project on time
• Provide the best quality and productive work without constant reminders
• Communicate with foreman and superintendent
• Assist in unloading trucks
• Maintain a clean and organized job space
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Observe report and correct unsafe work environment
• Collaborate with other workers to complete project
• Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time
