The ideal candidate brings basic HVAC or construction exposure, owns basic hand tools, and is ready to work closely with foreman and team, complying with safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Own hand tools required; specialty tools later as needed.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general work activities per direction to complete tasks.
• Support foreman and superintendent to complete projects on time.
• Provide quality and productive work with minimal reminders.
• Communicate with foreman and superintendent.
• Assist in unloading trucks and keep workspace clean.
