Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with process improvement, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a production environment.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, waste, and variation.
• Establish and monitor process parameters and operating standards.
• Collect and analyze process data to identify improvements.
• Develop and implement approved process improvements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to production teams.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support startup activities, line balancing, capacity improvements, and SOPs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
• Promote safety and environmental, health, and safety compliance.
