Job summary

OLH Inc. is seeking a Construction Discipline Engineer (Pipe Mechanical) in the United States.

The role focuses on planning and technical oversight of field construction activities, coordinating with design and procurement teams to ensure timely design issuance, constructability, and accurate material delivery. The engineer will perform field walks, verify design output against conditions, develop work execution plans, and support turnover, startup, and commissioning of equipment and systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years in construction, or an equivalent combination.
Experience in creating work execution plans and hazard analyses.
Knowledge of discipline-specific codes and standards.
Experience with Asset Suite or similar work control system.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee field construction activities within the discipline, including procurement, fabrication, installation and maintenance.
Coordinate with design agencies for timely design issuance and constructability reviews.
Perform field walk-downs, verify materials, and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
Support turnover, start-up and functional checks of equipment and systems, and prepare inspection/test records.
