Job summary

Reeves Young LLC in Greenville, SC is seeking a Pipe Layer for heavy civil construction. You will install and align piping, measure and mark installation areas, and help ensure accurate slopes using levels or lasers.

This full-time, on-site position requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 pounds, read plans, and work in a fast-paced team. We offer competitive pay, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and company events.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret plans.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 4-hour periods.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark installation areas according to conformed drawings.
• Check slopes for conformance to requirements, using levels or lasers.
• Install lubricants, seals, gaskets, etc. for equipment operation.
• Secure equipment and piping to structures with clamps, brackets, and hangers using hand/power tools.
• Read and interpret plans for piping installations.
