Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience preferred as a Pipe Layer.
• Ability to connect sewer and water pipelines safely.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and adhere to OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set proper grades and elevations for pipelines.
• Check slopes for grading elevations using levels.
• Cover pipes with aggregate and compact materials.
• Install and repair stormwater and sewer structures.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed.

Skills

General knowledge of underground utility work

Ability to repetitively lift and carry at least 60 lbs

Attention to detail

Ability to work in a high-stress environment

Education
