B&S Site Development is seeking a skilled Pipe Layer to join our field operations in Washington, DC. You will assess ground conditions, dig trenches, assemble and lay pipes, and ensure joints are sealed according to project specs.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of construction experience, a GED or high school diploma, be at least 18, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Safety and accuracy are essential on our fast-paced sites.

Responsibilities

• Measure and configure pipe routes.
• Gather materials and tools.
• Dig trenches with hand and machine trenching tools.
• Locate piping systems using indicators.
• Remove old piping.
• Lay pipes in trenches and seal joints.
• Install auxiliary lines.
• Seal exposed joints.
• Fill and seal trenches.
