Blythe Construction, Inc. - Hubbard Construction Company - Northeast Paving - Sunmount Paving - Virginia Paving Company, are hereby referred to as VINCI CONSTRUCTION USA, seeking a Pipe Laborer to support trenching, pipe laying, and site preparation under supervision.

You will handle materials, assist pipelayers, and learn basic construction tasks in a field environment. This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preferred driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Entry-level role in asphalt construction.

Responsibilities

• Dig trenches to required depth and alignment.
• Prepare bedding for pipe placement.
• Move and organize pipe, fittings, and tools.
• Assist pipelayers with pipe alignment and layout.
• Cut pipe to length and apply sealants.
• Set trench shoring and bedding safely.
• Backfill and cover installed pipe.
• Operate basic construction tools safely.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Follow OSHA rules and company safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
