Responsibilities

• Install according to plans and specifications.
• Set up and operate lasers and transits.
• Assist with excavation layout, trenching, bedding and backfilling.
• Ensure proper pipe alignment, slope, and elevation.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with OSHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install according to plans and specifications
• Set up and operate lasers and transits
• Assist with excavation layout, trenching, bedding and backfilling
• Ensure proper pipe alignment, slope, and elevation
• Follow safety procedures and comply with OSHA regulations
• Work collaboratively with equipment operators and crew members
• Perform related duties as required

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in OSHA standards
• Willingness to learn and accept direction from supervisors
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-power tools
• Frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb and periodically lift up to 50lbs
• Communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Ability to manage time, multitask and prioritize
