Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Piping Foreman - Mechanical to lead the layout, assembly, and installation of piping systems on projects in Winston-Salem, NC. You will direct workers, manage schedules, read blueprints, and coordinate with the superintendent and project manager to ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate has experience supervising piping crews, working with large equipment, and a safety‑minded approach. MSS offers competitive benefits and a culture of respect and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Physical Demands: Occasional sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing. Constant standing, walking, reaching and gripping. Vision abilities required. Must be able to talk and hear. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Material Handling: lifting from floor level to overhead, with occasional lifting up to 115 lbs., frequent lifting up to 50 lbs., constant lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Required Education: High School Graduate or equivalent, work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Must successfully pass a background check & drug test.

Responsibilities

• Direct others on work activities and organize scheduling of resources.
• Read blue prints and equipment packaging lists for assembly.
• Solve simple job related problems and bring solutions to the superintendent or project manager.
• Ability to work with a variety of tools, large machines and specialty equipment.
• Support the Superintendent and Project Manager to complete the project in a timely manner.
• Provide the best quality and productive work without contact reminder.
• Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
