DIHO Consulting USA LLC is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters/Fabricators for a long-term, temp-to-hire role in a Brookshire, TX area fabrication shop. The ideal candidate will read fabrication drawings, perform complex fit-ups, and prepare assemblies for welding while delivering high-quality workmanship to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret piping isometrics and spool drawings.
• Perform pipe-to-pipe and pipe-to-flange fit-up.
• Measure, lay out, and assemble piping systems according to specifications.
• Prepare joints for GTAW/TIG welding operations.
• Fabricate carbon steel and stainless steel piping assemblies.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform pipe-to-pipe and pipe-to-flange fit-up.
• Measure, lay out, and assemble piping systems according to specifications.
• Install and align flanges, reducers, tees, and branch connections.
• Verify flange orientation and bolt-hole alignment.

• Verify dimensions and fabrication tolerances.
• Support material traceability requirements.
• Prepare assemblies for automated and robotic welding processes.
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
