DIHO Consulting USA LLC is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters for a Brookshire, TX area fabrication facility. This long-term, temp-to-hire role requires reading fabrication drawings, performing fit-ups, and preparing assemblies for welding while meeting production goals.

Ideal candidates will read isometrics, perform accurate pipe-to-pipe and pipe-to-flange fit-ups, fabricate carbon steel and stainless piping, and support welding processes with precision in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret isometric and spool drawings.
• Fabricate carbon steel and stainless steel piping.
• Prepare assemblies for welding and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret piping isometrics and spool drawings.
• Perform pipe-to-pipe and pipe-to-flange fit-up.
• Measure, lay out, and assemble piping systems according to specifications.
• Install and align flanges, reducers, tees, and branch connections.
• Verify flange orientation and bolt-hole alignment.
• Prepare joints for GTAW/TIG welding operations.
• Fabricate carbon steel and stainless steel piping assemblies.
• Verify dimensions and fabrication tolerances.
