DIHO Consulting USA LLC is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters for a Brookshire, TX fabrication facility. This temp-to-hire role requires reading fabrication drawings, performing fit-ups, and preparing assemblies for welding to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced shop, fabricate carbon steel and stainless piping, and support robotic welding operations while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Overtime and Saturdays may be required.

Aufgaben

• Perform pipe-to-pipe and pipe-to-flange fit-up.

• Verify flange orientation and bolt-hole alignment.
• Maintain proper root openings and minimize high-low conditions.
• Prepare joints for GTAW/TIG welding operations.
• Fabricate carbon steel and stainless steel piping assemblies.
• Verify dimensions and fabrication tolerances.
• Support material traceability requirements.
• Prepare assemblies for automated and robotic welding processes.
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Location: Brookshire, TX Houston Area
Pay: $23.00 - $34.00 per hour DOE
Status: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 7:00 AM start time
Overtime: Approximately 60 hours per week, with occasional Saturdays required

• Experience preparing assemblies for welding operations.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Stainless steel fabrication experience.
• GTAW/TIG joint preparation experience.
• Tack welding experience.
• Experience supporting robotic or automated welding operations.
