Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking motivated individuals to repair, install, and maintain industrial production machinery and piping systems. The role includes repairing pumps and mechanical seals, operating basic machine tools, performing preventive maintenance, inspecting and reporting observations, and managing spare parts to maintain stock levels.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent, strong time management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to wear PPE in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, adjust, or maintain industrial production and processing machinery and pipeline distribution systems.
• Repair centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, reciprocal compressors, and mechanical seals.
• Operate conventional lathe and milling machines.
• Perform PMs and equipment inspections, recording observations.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and submit orders to maintain stock levels.
• Record repairs and maintenance performed.
• Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
• Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.
• Reassemble equipment after inspections, testing, or repairs.
• Repair and maintain operating condition of machinery and equipment.
• Observe and test operation to diagnose malfunctions.

Specific Duties:

• Repair, install, adjust, or maintain industrial production and processing machinery and pipeline distribution systems.
• Will be responsible for repairing Centrifugal Pumps, Positive Displacement Pumps, Reciprocal Compressors and Mechanical Seals.
• Familiar with Mechanical Seal piping plans.
• Operate conventional lathe and milling machines.
• Able to perform PM’s and equipment inspections, recording and reporting observations.
• Maintain Spare parts inventory and submit order requests as needed to maintain minimum stock levels.
• Record repairs and maintenance performed.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery.
• Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
• Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.
• Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
• Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment.
• Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
• Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using testing devices.
• Adhere to all corporate policies and standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
