Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to repair, install, and maintain industrial production machinery and pipelines. The role requires troubleshooting, PMs, and documenting results in our systems.

You will work with centrifugal pumps, PD pumps, compressors, and seals, operate lathes and mills, and ensure spare parts stock levels while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, adjust, or maintain industrial machinery and pipelines.
• Repair and service centrifugal and PD pumps, reciprocating compressors, and seals.
• Operate lathe and milling machines and read piping plans.
• Conduct PMs and inspections, and document findings.
• Maintain spare parts inventory to keep stock levels.
• Record repairs and test equipment post-maintenance.
• Adhere to corporate policies and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Specific Duties:

• Repair, install, adjust, or maintain industrial production and processing machinery and pipeline distribution systems.
• Will be responsible for repairing Centrifugal Pumps, Positive Displacement Pumps, Reciprocal Compressors and Mechanical Seals.
• Familiar with Mechanical Seal piping plans.
• Operate conventional lathe and milling machines.
• Able to perform PM’s and equipment inspections, recording and reporting observations.
• Maintain Spare parts inventory and submit order requests as needed to maintain minimum stock levels.
• Record repairs and maintenance performed.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery.
• Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
• Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.
• Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
• Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment.
• Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
• Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using testing devices.
• Adhere to all corporate policies and standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
