Job summary

Ferguson seeks a Fabrication Associate for our Brookshire, TX location. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm with overtime as needed, offering starting pay of $25.00 per hour; there is also a $26.50/hour option on a separate shift.

You will set up machines, measure, cut, and assemble pipe, while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities include wiring and operating Band saws/Torches, organizing yard inventory, and ensuring accurate lengths.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years fabrication experience preferred.
• Outstanding math skills to calculate quantities.
• Experience operating pipe fabrication machinery per OSHA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain machines for pipe fabrication.
• Measure, record, and cut pipe with band saw or torch.
• Move and organize pipe in yard and assemble pipe orders.
• Observe safety precautions during fabrication, cutting, and shipping.
• Operate powered equipment in line with Ferguson procedures.
