Job summary

Ferguson in Renton, WA is seeking a Fabrication Associate - Entry Level to support pipe fabrication operations. You will set up and maintain shop equipment, measure, cut, and assemble pipe orders while following safety guidelines.

This Monday–Friday role offers a 6:00am–2:30pm schedule and provides benefits such as health, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Pay ranges from $18.73 to $28.09 per hour and eligibility for bonus or incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Prior fabrication experience is preferred but not required.
• Outstanding math skills and the ability to calculate quantities on hand.
• Experience operating cutting and threading pipe equipment per OSHA guidelines.
• The ability to stay focused in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain shop machines for pipe fabrication.
• Accurately measure, record, and cut random pipe lengths.
• Measure, cut, and thread pipe using band saws, torches, and Landis machinery.
• Move pipe within the yard and assemble orders, keeping supplies organized.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and Ferguson operating procedures.
• Help ensure safe handling, storage and shipping of pipe.
