Job summary

Kelso Industries’ FabLogix division is seeking experienced Pipe Fitters to support fabrication and assembly of piping systems in our shop. You will read isometric drawings, perform layout, cut, thread, bend, fit-up, and install piping to ensure proper welding and assembly per drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of pipe fitting experience.
• Ability to fit carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping.
• Strong understanding of pipe systems, layout, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Experience using pipe fabrication tools and equipment.
• Experience of Welding procedures and processes GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret isometric drawings and specifications.
• Perform layout, cutting, threading, bending, and fit-up of piping systems.
• Assemble and install carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping.
• Install pipe supports, hangers, and brackets.
• Plan work to avoid obstructions and maintain workflow.
• Test piping systems for leaks and ensure proper installation.
• Work closely with welders to support production.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
